what eFertility is

a tracking, education and organisation tool for cycles and fertility — for you and your partner. it is not a medical device, not a clinic, and not a doctor.

what it is not

nothing in the app — rings, windows, estimates, daily cards, document readings, observations — is medical advice or a diagnosis. fertile window estimates support planning and must never be used as contraception. document readings are transcriptions that can contain errors; always verify against the original report. every decision about your health belongs to you and your treating clinician.

your account

you must be 18 or older. keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. one person per account — your partner gets their own, free.

paid tiers

pro is billed as stated at purchase; a cycle pass is a one-time purchase for its stated period. moving back to free never deletes your data — it stays saved, and the paid features simply close. statutory refund rights are unaffected.

fair use

don't misuse the service: no attempting to access others' data, no scraping, no reselling, no uploading content that isn't yours to upload, no impersonating a medical professional. we may suspend accounts that put other users at risk.

availability & liability

we work to keep eFertility available and correct, but it is provided as-is, and — to the extent indian law permits — our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

your data

the privacy policy is part of these terms. your data stays yours: export and deletion are always available in your account.

changes & law

material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. these terms are governed by the laws of india; courts at hyderabad, telangana have jurisdiction.
