open account → your data → delete my account. type DELETE to confirm. it removes your entries, check-ins, kit results, uploaded photos and reports, reminders, push subscriptions, profile and sign-in — immediately — and signs you out. a linked partner keeps only what is theirs.

write to support@efertility.in from the email you sign in with, subject “delete my account”. we confirm the deletion within 7 days.

what is deleted, what isn't

everything above is deleted from our live systems at once. our weekly encrypted backup that may still contain it expires within 30 days. payment references stay with razorpay for the period indian tax law requires — those never include your health data.
