open account → your data → delete my account. type DELETE to confirm.

what happens, and when

delete starts at once: you are signed out and hidden from everyone, including a linked partner. for 30 days you can restore it, from the link we email you or by writing to support@efertility.in from the address you sign in with; for the next 30 days it is archived where nobody can open it; then it is permanently erased. backups holding it expire within 30 days after that.

a linked partner keeps the shared journey and what is theirs, from the moment you delete. if you restore, you come back on your own — linking again needs a fresh invite. marketing emails and WhatsApp messages stop at once and do not resume unless you opt in again.

write to support@efertility.in from the email you sign in with, subject “delete my account”. we start the deletion within 7 days, and the same 30 + 30 days apply.

what is erased, what isn't

at the end, everything goes: entries, check-ins, kit results, reminders, documents and the photos attached to your records, certificate and course progress, profile and sign-in. a record of each payment (amount, date, reference) is kept, no longer linked to your account, for the period indian tax law requires — as razorpay keeps theirs. it never includes your health data.
